The Villa

An open plan design is what makes this villa spacious, it is air conditioned throughout each room, and is complete with a large lounge and dining area. The kitchen incorporates a small breakfast area and laundry room, while the rest of villa has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

 

 

 

 

The private swimming pool and its area are protected by a screen, and has shaded areas with a cooling fan for those hot moments. It also provides a break for dining and eating. Sun bathing beds are on hand to help relax and bath in the glorious sunshine. Solar panelled heating warms the water in the pool allowing for maximum comfort and fun in the pool.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The living area is large and open with the patio and sun deck accessible from the double doors. The lounge has a couple of sofas, a TV, DVD and audio system, video or DVD films are easily rented with a Blockbuster membership card.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This kitchen and its small breakfast and dining area has everything you might need for a well equipped and fully modern kitchen, includes a dishwasher, cooker, toaster, oven, a large fridge freezer, microwave oven and lots of kitchen utensils. The laundry room which is next to the kitchen has a washing machine and ironing equipment.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The beautiful master bedroom has its own TV and video playback recorder, large wardrobe, a double sized bed. Its en-suite is fitted with a shower, sink, toilet and vanity unit.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Both the other 2 bedrooms have storage wardrobes and bedroom furniture, bedroom 3 has two single beds, and bedroom 2 has a double bed. The second bathroom has all the fittings, a shower, bath, toilet, sink, towel rail and vanity sink.
